Biography

Kim received her MA from Central St Martins in London and her work has been recognised by American Illustration and the Society of Publication Designers.

She has taught at MICA in Baltimore and Parsons & FIT in NYC. She co-runs a wallpaper and surface design studio called Nottene.

Her first book, an illustrated food history, was published in 2019 with Abrams Books and other clients include Anthropologie, Brooklyn Industries, Chronicle Books, and Crate & Barrel Kids. She is an active illustration researcher and has published a teaching zine with Pittville Press in 2022.
