You will have the opportunity to attend an employment tribunal or other HR related events; you will also be required as part of your assessment to attend on-campus CIPD events to enhance your knowledge and expand your professional network.

For the Postgraduate Diploma Human Resource Management (PGDip), the  part-time curriculum is designed to offer flexibility for those studying while working. As a student, you will learn in a community of like-minded professionals; you will receive excellent learning support and have access to the University’s extensive resources to develop your knowledge. Successful completion will lead to Associate membership of the CIPD and the knowledge base for full membership.
