Biography

David concentrates on helping managers reach their potential.  That’s about helping them manage their people so that they meet their performance and personal objectives. Strong HRM and Business Ethics are key to these objectives and he concentrates on adding value to business in these areas. He promotes these ideas when speaking on radio, working in organisations, and supporting students.

David works with students to learn about Globally Responsible Leadership, Managing People and Resources. His techniques ask students to reflect before taking actions that make a real difference.
