Upper Quay is owned and managed by Collegiate. It offers en-suite rooms and is situated in the Westgate quarter of Gloucester, around 20 minutes’ walk from Oxstalls campus. There is a standard 42 week contract.

Upper Quay have rooms reserved for UoG students but they have different contracts to the University-managed halls contract. Instead, Upper Quay is managed directly by a company called Collegiate.
A guarantor will be required (unless full payment is made is one lump sum). Also, the contract period is 42 weeks. You will not be released from contract at Upper Quay, if you subsequently leave the University unless a replacement is found. Please ensure you read all paperwork and are comfortable with the terms & conditions before signing.

The University nominates a specific number of Upper Quay rooms for use from the start of each academic year. Collegiate then offer these rooms to University of Gloucestershire students at the price advertised based on a 42-week contract. Once these nominated rooms are filled, Collegiate will offer rooms based on their availability.
