Once you’ve booked your place, we’ll let you know which campus to attend.
Yes, your campus tour will be led by one of our Student Ambassadors who can share their own experiences and answer your questions about student life.
The tour itself usually lasts around 45 minutes, but you’re welcome to stay longer to explore more, explore Gloucester and Cheltenham and grab a bite to eat, or visit our off-site accommodation.
But, at our Saturday 16 August Clearing visit, you’ll have the chance to meet academic staff and support teams, take a student-led campus tour, explore our accommodation options, and ask any questions you have about applying through Clearing or university life through our peer-to-peer Q&A. So we expect the day to finish at 1.30pm.
Yes, parking will be free at Oxstalls, Francis Close Hall, and Park Campus, just give your car registration to the Student Ambassador on arrival.
There’s limited parking on-site at Francis Close Hall, so we recommend you head to the Prince of Wales Stadium, Folly Lane, Cheltenham, GL50 4BT . Which is a 10-minute walk from campus, parking will be free both here and on-site.
If you’re visiting City Campus, we recommend parking at Kings Walk Car Park, Gloucester, GL1 1EA, Hare Lane South Car Park, Gloucester, GL1 2DA or Eastgate Shopping Centre Car Park, 2-9 Bell Ln, Gloucester, GL1 1TH.
Our Admissions Team will be on hand during the Clearing visit on Saturday 16 August to help with any questions about your application, offers, or next steps.
Numbers will vary from tour to tour, however, we always do our best to make our tour groups as small as possible.
We will do our very best to ensure academics from your subject area are available to talk to, but please be aware that this may not always be possible due to teaching commitments.
You are welcome to bring a guest or two or attend on your own.
Yes please, booking is important so we can plan your visit and keep tour group sizes small.
You don’t need much, just comfortable shoes for walking and any questions you might have about courses, accommodation, or student life.
From 12pm you will be able to view Blackfriars (GL1 2HN) and Upper Quay (GL1 2JD) Halls of Residence in Gloucester and Pittville Student Village (GL52 3JG) in Cheltenham, by making your own way there.
