GCSE in English Lang/Lit and Maths at grade 4/C or above are usually required.

In order to study this course, offer holders will need to complete a satisfactory DBS check.
You can apply for this course with an integrated foundation year – a four year study option with lower entry requirements.
A typical offer for this option is 48 UCAS tariff points, which is EE at A-level or PP at BTEC.

We welcome applications from mature students (aged 21 and over) and do not necessarily require the same academic qualifications as school leaving applicants, although some entry requirements may still apply for professionally accredited courses. We accept Access to Higher Education Diplomas and make offers on an individual basis.

Active Gloucestershire is a charity with a vision for everyone in Gloucestershire to be active, they believe physical activity can have a transformative impact on people and their communities.
We have some of our graduates working with Active Gloucestershire, as well as staff volunteering on the board. We have previously had students undertake their placement here too.
Atlas Camps deliver Multi-Activity Holiday Camps to children aged 4-14 years old across Gloucestershire.
They offer placements to students interested in a career working with children, or within sports coaching. They also offer paid work for students both during the holidays at their holiday camps, or within term time in their aftercare provision and school sports events in the local area.
Partnering with TASS allows us to support elite athletes in balancing academic success with high-performance sport.
This collaboration provides access to specialist support, helping athletes excel both on and off the field.
