Our Sports Performance degree doesn’t just prepare you for the industry, it puts you in it. In your final year, you’ll take on a placement with a professional sports club, working in rugby, football, or other high-performance environments across both men’s and women’s sports.rnrnHere, you’ll gain hands-on experience in athlete testing, training load monitoring, sports technology, and video analysis, working alongside coaches and performance staff to enhance athlete performance.rnrnWe’ll support you in securing the right opportunity, but if you have your own connections in elite sport, you can bring your network into your placement module. If you want to get started early, volunteer opportunities offer you the chance to build experience before your official placement begins.
