Accepting your offer and the Student Contract

If you reach the point of the application process where an offer to study your chosen course is made and you decide to accept, you’ll be required to read and sign the student contract. This document provides lots of information about various policies, including tuition fees and refunds, admissions, and the student conduct policy.

How to accept your offer

When you receive an offer to study your chosen course, how you accept it will depend on how you applied.

Please accept your offer if you intend to study with us whether it is a conditional or unconditional offer. You can work towards meeting any outstanding conditions after accepting a conditional offer. Accepting your offer confirms your place on the course.

You must respond to your offer within 28 days, even if you are not yet able to confirm your acceptance, we need to know that you are still engaging with your application and offer, so that we don’t give your place on the course to another student. Please email admissions@glos.ac.uk to respond.

In order to defer your offer, which you may be able to do for the next entry point or academic year (e.g. January entry deferral to September, or September entry to the following September), you must accept your offer, and formally request deferral via Admissions (only one deferral is possible and subject to refusal depending on circumstances).
