We understand that it can sometimes be difficult to work out what your qualifications match with in the UK education system, so the following country-specific information should help you decide which level of study is most appropriate for you.

Zeugnis der Allgemeinen Hochschulreife (Abitur) with a grade of 2 out of 6 or a Gut. English Language requirement: Abitur English taken as Hauptfach/Leistungskurs with a minimum grade of 10 can be accepted.

Successful completion of Bachelors degree
Graduates with a German Fachhochschulen with either a Diplom, Staatsexamen or a Magister Artium with a grade of Gut -
Successful completion of a Master degree
Holders of Lizentiat, Aufbaustudium or Zweites Staatsexamen​ -
