Successful completion of STPM Sigjil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysian with grades A-C in 3 subjects
​Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) – A minimum score of B or above in five relevant subjects (not including English, Chinese and Malay)
Canadian Pre-University (CPU) 60% in six advanced level Grade 12 U, U/C or M subjects (including grade 12 U English)
Australian Pre-University, University of Queensland (IES)- pass in Foundation year with Credit of 65-74%
South Australian Matriculation (SAM) 65%-75% in minimum of 2 subjects
Plus SPM Maths grade C
Applicants holding Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas will be considered for advanced entry to level 5 (second year) or level 6 (final year). MRes applicants must have successfully completed a 3 or 4 year Bachelors degree with a minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent. For Doctorate and PhD admission, applicants must have successfully completed a master’s degree with a good grade in a related subject field or hold relevant work experience. In addition some programmes may require work experience and/or a strong portfolio of work. Applicants are expected to submit a research proposal. ​
