​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​At the University of Gloucestershire we recognise that students need flexibility when paying fees and we provide a range of secure payment options to suit everyone.

We accept all major credit and debit cards

Tuition fee and accommodation fee can be paid using our bank transfer platform provided in partnership with Western Union Business Solutions and Web Payment Marketing (Mybills). Western Union service allows you to securely send bank payments from your bank account in the UK or overseas. Mybills updates immediate payment to your account via Debit or Credit Cards.

The Payment Portal is a link to all our payment pages, so if you want to pay your tuition fee, top up your print credit or pay your accommodation fee, you should find what you are looking for here.

​Make a payment to your account for tuition fees. Third parties can use this method to pay on your behalf. Your student number is required to proceed to the payment page. (not the S prefix)

Pay rental charges​

The University’s method of collection is by Direct Debit, and there are three instalments during the year, If you need to make an additional card payment for a late payment if your Direct Debit has failed then you need to pay via Mybills. Check the Direct Debit collection dates.

Make a payment to your account for invoiced library charges, additional accommodation fines or lost keys, and reassessment charges. Third parties can use this method to pay on your behalf. Your invoice number is required to proceed to the payment page.

Sponsored students​​

At point of enrolment, your sponsor can pay by credit/debit card. If your sponsor does not wish to settle your fees at enrolment, you and your sponsor will need to complete a sponsorship form​. You can then scan it and upload it to your student account online. Follow this guide to uploading finance documents​ to upload it successfully. 

Alternatively you can post the completed form to this address, but this may delay the process:  ​

Within two working days of receiving your completed sponsorship form, we will update your student account to enable you to enrol.​
