Park Campus
Computing, engineering, design, fine art, photography and media….
This is connecting. This is UoG.
It’s an opportunity to come onto campus and explore our facilities, teaching areas and accommodation. You’ll get the chance to attend course talks and meet our lecturers, current students and support staff to find out more about us and answer any of your questions.
Check out the dates for our 2025 open days below:
Can’t make these dates? We also offer bespoke tours.
Our open days start at 10am and run until around 3pm – make sure you arrive on time to make the most of your day.
Led by our student ambassadors, these first, second and third year students will be on-hand to give you up-to-the-minute advice and guidance on what it’s really like to study here.
Find out anything from the best place for quiet study on campus to the hottest night spots, all from the people who’ve been here and experienced it already.
Attend a course talk to meet the lecturers, gain an understanding of your subject and how it works at UoG. Depending on your course, there may be a specialist tour of the facilities too.
Also on the day, you can pop along to a range of other talks including some led by our money advice, admissions and accommodation teams.
For some of our courses, you’re required to interview and/or provide a portfolio of your work, but don’t worry – we’re running sessions at our open day to help you prepare, and ask any questions you may have.
Our on-campus and off-campus accommodation will be open to view on the day. On campus accommodation is included as part of a campus tour, led by our student ambassadors.
Off-campus accommodation, like Pittville Student Village, Upper Quay and Blackfriars is also open, and we have free shuttle buses running to take you on the short journey to view the accommodation options here.
Whilst you’re here, why not see what Gloucestershire has to offer students.
Check out the Brewery Quarter in Cheltenham, browse the shops and grab a bite to eat and a drink at one of the many restaurants there.
In Gloucester, take a trip to the Gloucester Food Dock for delicious street food options, and visit Gloucester Quays to bag a bargain at the outlet shops.
Once you’ve booked your place, we’ll let you know which campus to attend.
You can also visit our off-campus accommodation – Pittville Student Village in Cheltenham, and Upper Quay and Blackfriars Residences in Gloucester.
Our brand new City Campus in the heart of Gloucester will be opening in Autumn 2025 for our Education, Psychological Sciences and Social Work courses.
For the 14 June open day you will be based at our Oxstalls Campus and will have the opportunity to tour City Campus as part of the day – you can book your tour slot at the City Campus stand at Oxstalls and the free shuttle bus will take you there and back.
