Blackfriars have rooms reserved for UoG students but they have different contracts to the University-managed halls contract. Instead, Blackfriars is managed directly by a company called Aspire Student Living Gloucester Limited.
A guarantor will be required (unless full payment is made is one lump sum). Also, you will not be released from contract at Blackfriars, if you subsequently leave the University unless a replacement is found. Please ensure you read all paperwork and are comfortable with the terms & conditions before signing.
