Accounting and Business Management
Accounting and Finance
Financial decision making (Session title TBC)
Pricing only works when the owner’s instincts are anchored by the accountant’s math. The owner brings clarity on who the customer is, and what it’s worth paying for; the accountant brings ruthless truth about costs, margins, and cash flow. Together, they price it by first locking in the real cost of doing business, then setting a profit target that supports growth—not survival. How much will you price your product?
