What is UCAS Clearing?
It’s your chance to get a place at university. It takes place between July and October each year.
It’s a great opportunity if you’ve missed the conditions of your offer, are applying for the first time, or had a change of heart about the university or course you’ve applied for. Whatever your situation, this is your opportunity to take your life in an exciting change of direction.

Get your £5k UoG Clearing Package
Join us through Clearing and get real help with the cost of living.

Visit us
Our weekly campus visits take place on Wednesdays and Fridays throughout August at all of our campuses.
These tours are led by our friendly student ambassadors and are a great way to explore the campus and view some of our remaining accommodation options.
Guaranteed accommodation
We’ll guarantee you a place in halls on, or near the campus you’re studying at.
All you need to do is accept a place through Clearing and apply for accommodation by Friday 4 September 2026.

As a student living at home, Weronika initially had concerns about making friends as easily as those in halls. “I didn’t know anyone and I was worried about making friends.”
