Useful information to support your campus visit at the University of Gloucestershire.
Below you’ll find some useful links and information for you to access during your campus visit, including campus maps, virtual tours and more.
We have pay and display parking available on each of our campuses and our machines take cash or card (£2.55 for all day, £1.55 for 3 hours).
If your campus visit is taking place at our Francis Close Hall campus, we recommend that you park at our nearby Hardwick campus (GL50 4BS) where we will have reserved parking and then take a 5-minute walk along St. Paul’s Road to Francis Close Hall campus (GL50 4AZ).If you visit our accommodation at Pittville Student Village after purchasing a parking ticket on campus, simply display this on your dashboard.
Please make sure you check in with one of our representatives when you arrive so that we know you are here. Check-in locations are as follows:
• Oxstalls Campus (Gloucester) – Business school
• Park Campus (Cheltenham) – main (Elwes) reception
• Francis Close Hall Campus (Cheltenham) – inside the Chapel
Refectories are open for drinks and snacks, so feel free to take a moment to sit and refuel.
Those booked on to the campus visit will receive a refreshment voucher when registering, loaded with £2.50 to spend in refectories on the day.
Please ask on the day if you’d like to speak to a lecturer about a course. We will try our best to get our academics to answer your queries if they are available.
Make sure you visit some of our halls of residence on your visit, so you can get a feel for where you could be living during your studies.

Park campus There are some halls of residence available to view on site. If you wish to see these on the day, please ask a member of staff at the check-in desk. You can also visit our off-campus accommodation Pittville Student Village (GL52 3JG) anytime between 12 – 3pm.
Francis Close Hall campus Head over to our off-campus accommodation Pittville Student Village (GL52 3JG) anytime between 12 – 3pm. There will be student ambassadors available to show you around some of our accommodation options and the on-site facilities, including the gym, study suite, bar, and social spaces. To connect to free Wi-Fi, each visitor should text VISIT22 to 07860039833
You’ll receive a return SMS containing your personal Wi-Fi username and password. Select Eduroam Wi-Fi on your device and enter your username and password to connect.

You’re welcome to visit Pittville Student Village today between 12 – 3pm. Student ambassadors will be waiting to give you a sneak peek at the accommodation. You’ll also get a sense of where it is located in relation to our campuses and Cheltenham town centre.
To get there, simply head to Albert Road, Cheltenham, GL52 3JG – or find it with Google Maps.
