Your campus visit

Parking will be free on all our campuses as long as you provide your vehicle registration number when booking your place.

Oxstalls campus: We’ll reserve parking bays for you in the Business School car park (turn right at mini roundabout and drive towards the new modern building at the far end) – (GL2 9HW).

Francis Close Hall campus: We have very limited spaces at Francis Close Hall campus, though there are a significant number of accessible parking bays.

We recommend that you park at our nearby Hardwick campus (GL50 4BS), this location is a 5-minute walk to Francis Close Hall campus (GL50 4AZ).

Park campus: Ample parking can usually be found in our main car park at Park campus (GL50 2RH).

Pittville Student Village: If you wish to visit Pittville Student Village please park at the Cheltenham Racecourse Park & Ride (GL50 4SH) which is a 5-minute walk away.

Please make sure you check in with one of our representatives when you arrive so that we know you are here. Check-in locations are as follows:

• Oxstalls campus (Gloucester): Business School atrium, please follow the signs to the Business School.

• Park campus (Cheltenham): main reception, Elwes building

• Francis Close Hall campus (Cheltenham): Chapel building

Our refectories will be open for drinks and snacks, so feel free to take a moment to sit and refuel. Each person who books will be given a £2 voucher on arrival to use in our refectories.

Make sure you visit some of our halls of residence on your visit, so you can get a feel for where you could be living during your studies.

Oxstalls campus: Head over to our off-campus accommodation available to view at Blackfriars (GL1 2HN). This accommodation is a 25-minute walk from Oxstalls campus.

Parking is available opposite at NCP Gloucester Blackfriars, GL1 2HJ. This car park is pay and display, accepting cash or card.

Francis Close Hall campus / Park campus: Head over to our off-campus accommodation Pittville Student Village (GL52 3JG) anytime until 3pm.

There will be student ambassadors available to show you around some of our accommodation options and the on-site facilities, including the gym, study suite, bar, and social spaces.

To connect to free Wifi, each visitor should text Clearing to 07860039833.

You will immediately receive a return SMS containing your personal Wi-fi username and password. Select Eduroam Wi-fi on your device and enter your username and password to connect.

Members of our Accommodation, Money Advice and Admissions teams will be on hand to answer any questions you may have on these subjects.
