Venue and facilities hire

When not being used for teaching, many of our spaces, across all of our campuses, are available for commercial hire. We have an extensive range of facilities, suitable for a variety of different purposes.

At University of Gloucestershire we have a variety of spaces, including seminar rooms, boardrooms, lecture theatres, open event spaces, specialist facilities and office leases.

Availability is greatest outside of teaching time e.g. evenings, weekends and university holidays (Easter and June to mid September). However, we are still available to host events during term time, please contact us for our availability.

Our dedicated events team are here to assist you from your initial enquiry to showing you around our campuses, guiding you through our catering options, arranging IT requirements, finalising your numbers and being present on the day.

As part of our wider university offering we have an internal recruitment agency Unitemps at the University and we are able to provide you with temporary staffing for your event. This would enable you to have stewarding at the event, photography or other media support like videography.

Our venue hire options

Office leases

We have a range of office spaces available for lease. Offices are located in a modern, collaborative environment and furnished with desks, office chairs and storage.

Current options available include a two-person and four-person office spaces within the Business School at our Oxstalls campus. Ideal for start-ups or small office teams to be based in a vibrant and professional business setting. The campus has an onsite car park and café.
