How to get support

Although, it is your decision as to where and with whom you live, we are here to support and advise you throughout the process, should you need it.

We often hold an accommodation fayre around November, to give comprehensive details on renting accommodation and offer support. We strongly recommend all students attend this. Alongside this, we provide detailed advice through our website, Students’ Union and information via emails and MyGlos throughout the year.

We also have a dedicated Housing Support Team, to offer advice and guidance throughout the year on all things relating to your accommodation. You can contact the team during your time at university on the details below. We can offer support over email, phone, Teams and in person meetings. Choosing your accommodation is a big decision and one you need to get right. No question is too small.
