Learn to motivate people in the workplace and discover how to influence customers to purchase products and services. In your first year you’ll gain solid grounding in all aspects of business and marketing including customer behaviour, understanding organisations and the global business environment. You can then specialise in business, marketing, or both with subjects such as new business enterprise and e-interactivity and social media, depending on your career aspirations. This will help you become a well-rounded professional understanding both the operations of a business and how best to promote it.
